We will most likely be unable to carry out your service if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. This occasionally means offering alternative options, if your ideal colour is not obtainable or could compromise condition. Our Colourists are experts with the highest training accolades and will guide you and recommend what is best for you and your hair. Your Colourist will carry out any hair tests required prior to applying colour. You will always receive an in depth consultation. We can not carry out any chemical services on anyone under the age of 16. This is also necessary if colour ingredients are changed and when new ranges are released.

Cancellation outside of this time frame and no shows will be charged in full for the appointment time booked.Ī patch test must be carried out 48 hours before your first colour service with us and every 6 months thereafter to ensure you don’t have a reaction to any of our colour products.
